the worst part of it all is after the gang leaves. This poor guy is laying on the ground , drawing his last breaths and all these people wander into the vid, but act like nothings going on. they act like nothings out of place. They just go about their merry way.
I cant speak for anyone else, but as for me, If I were walking in the mall and I stepped within 3 feet of a dead guy, or nearly dead guy, I believe I would have noticed something amiss, and I think I would have stopped to check on the victim --or-- see if he needs an ambulance. Does he have a pulse? maybe dial 911?
