I with you Billie. Being a parent myself, if this ever happened in my household i wouldn't report it to the police... The kid wouldn't be alive today. Teenager or not, he knows right from wrong. What bothers me is no parent in their right mind would leave a baby that young in the hands of a couple of irresponsible teenagers? It took three years before i would give my child to anyone, including family. This act is unforgivable.
