this is in saudi arabia. drifting is quite popular there and accidents like this are not uncommon. there are some people there that have more money than they know what to do with. they just trash cars and get new ones. they never wear seat belts and sometimes you will see someone hanging out the passenger side for fun.
finally a case for HAVING a gun in your home. that guy with the gun would have gotten a head shot before he saw my dad twitch. then the guy putting th e puppies in the bag would get the Egyptian treatment... right next to his buddy's brains on the floor
