At the one minute mark, while she is sitting in the chair and BEFORE the tape stops, you can see what looks like blood already coming from her mouth. This is after she gets spun around out of the camera's view. Did he slam her into the wall, turn off the tape and proceed to finish the job?

Fell face first on the floor or slammed face first into a wall - who's to know for sure? I'm betting on, based on increasing police violence, her being slammed face first into a wall.
