well the rap music that i listen to doesn't have any of those negative things, and i don't think that i've heard a rap song blaming it on the "white man", (i'm not black if you're wondering), why would they put that in their song when the rappers work for white man..and maybe you're talking about the rap music from the past, like tupac and cause from what i know, he's one rapper that has said stuff like that before, but he is dead now, not many people listen to him anymore. And as for that song you quoted, i remember that song but when i used to listen to it, it was about 8 years ago or so..and i don't think that was the message they were trying to get across..
