Oh yeah, cars won't stop for anyone where I live, you have to be VERY watchful of oncoming cars, this lady seemed like she just KNEW the car was going to stop, she saw it coming and the person driving should have paid more attention but they didn't, and she suffers the consequences. So if you are a pedestrian you need to make eye contact with the drivers and if they aren't at least breaking then do not cross in front of them.
