@ vid, unfortunate. but is it possible that the people never saw the police coming? there was a similar incident near me that made national headlines. trooper robert higbee. howevwr, that incident was different. wooded intersection, and he had no emergency lights on because he was "closing the gap". so he went to criminal trial and was found not guilty.
what do you think NTfan? i have followed this story, and am curious to hear your thoughts.
