It happened in 1993. The father reportedly was abused as a child, apparently disgruntled after witnessing his ex-wife verbally abusing their daughter and degrading her. Daughter became pregnant, commited suicide, in her suicide note she said she couldn't be the daughter her mother wanted her to be. After the death, the mother went to the gravesite with some reporters, the father came behind her and shot her 12 times in front of a live crew, as you see in the vid. He's still awaiting trial.
