ok here's the reason why their dressed the way they are. if anyone here is from California u know that a few years back some people here (not me) went through this phase where they dressed as if they were in the fifties and called themselves "rebels". it's true so now u all know why they are dressed like that. it lasted a whole six months or so. yeah it's stupid i know and i'm glad that they finally figured it out too.
