yeah. i skate. been more than ten years since i started and iv seen and done it all. so i know the difference between hitting my head on concrete with or without a helmet. that hard foam transfers concussion just as well with it as without it. all it does is keep you from bleeding. i dont need to lose concentration cuz my dome is overheating while going twenty plus miles per hour. YOU go and learn to skate, then try it with and without a helmet. its your choice. but before you think you got sumpn to say, make sure you know what the fuck you're talking about.
