Here are a few possible solutions to this problem for our leader, (none of which includes your leaving!):

1. Stop posting videos of black people committing crimes and beating and/or robbing people or even just doing normal, maybe in humorous, every day activities. (Ludicrous. Unrealistic. I know.)
2. Member registration - Change the requirements of becoming a member thereby decreasing the chances of a deleted member turning around and creating another account...maybe even make it a pay site where you MUST give your personal info. (And a Credit card #) I know several sites that have gone this route already. I personally wouldn't mind being a paying member - if it meant site improvement, of course. (I know this is NOT a popular opinion, you guys! I am just brainstorming on what can be done about the perceived racism problem here.)
3. Increase the number of mods.- to monitor the activity in the forum. - and especially have 1 or 2 on hand during peak posting periods! Like, mornings between the time the vids are first posted til about 10am...I think it is safe to assume there hasn't been one around yet today given that the racist comments have not been deleted.
