Hi, I've been to this. It's in a village called 'Brockworth' in England. It happens on the last bank holiday in May (usually the last monday) and it's free to attend and enter. That hill is far, far steeper than it looks and a guarantee that you'll shit yourself and not go for it when you get there. It's a good drunken day out though, I'd highly recommend it!
