I said that a woman should not shrink in a corner when a man attacks her. In the very least, she should attempt to defend herself and maintain some level of pride just like anyone else should -- be it a woman, a midget, a 450lbs man or a child. I also said that a woman should never approach a man herself and assume that her societal right of not being hit will enable her to kick his ass. Some men in many societies view women as being equal, or inequal, and will easily fight back against a woman. That's not cowardly or pathetic -- that's common sense.
