I do not condone his beating her up but as you can see at the end of the video she reaches up under her jacket or vest and gives him something. So,it was partly her fault she got beat up. She should have given him whatever he asked for as soon as he asked. He probably would not have beat her if she had. She was still upright probably because he did not kick or hit her as hard as he could have and because her vest probably blunted some of the impact of the kicks. Oh well.

I just do not see how anybody could allow something like that to occur. If they were fighting,let them fight it out to a certain extent. When one goes down and is being pummelled,break it up. But a one sided fight should just be stopped from the get go. Those people are sick and so is that girl.
