Just to let you know I am not a prude or the antichrist of partying - It just pisses me off when people do questionalble things to children, I left a high powered job as an imaganeer at Disney, because I found more satisfaction in helping people on a more personal level. The shaft. It's pathetic, really. These people only nit pick about the "bad" things we've done, they never look at the good and say "Hey, you know what, they're not so bad once we pull our head out of our arse and admit our envy for them." I agree.. She was practically provoking the police officers. She should have just waited until they came back for her. It's not like being in jail is an in and out quicky. There's papers to process, etc. I don't know why they didn't give her a breathalizer test though.. That's a bit odd to me. Either way, she got what she deserved. She should have respected their authority. I did see her struggling with them and being a stuck up bitch (probably because her father is a prosecuter), either way.. She got what she deserved.

That's terrible. I'm sorry for your loss. Drunk drivers should do some serious jail time, regardless of whether or not they've hit someone. It's not safe - I really wish people would realize that. I was watching the Tyra show last year and she had a police officer hang out with a selected group of partiers who admit they drive after having a drink or two. So, they went on and partied and outside the officer was waiting to do a breathalizer test or the other tests where they walk the line or whatever. They seriously felt they were okay to drive, they weren't stumbling around or anything, but the officer could tell even the smallest amount of alcohol in your system can wreak havoc. I think cars should have the breathalizers set up in them, the ones that prior charges DUI individuals have in theirs.
