This is in 1994, Markale marketplace in Sarajevo in Bosnia Herzegovina. Bosnian Serbs shelled the marketplace with 120mm mortar. 68 killed, 144 wounded. Serbs bombed that same place again in 1995 killing 37.
That is the official statement, I haven't come across with any other evidence.
