I'm glad you think that every person who resist arrest should be tased and beaten, without trying to physically restrain them first. The more you cops come on here and defend these crooked cops, the more people will start to hate law enforcement. You are fighting a loosing battle my friend. Remember, there are more citizen then there are cops. also think about why people don't cooperate with cops anymore like in the old days. You need citizens to help you solve crimes and give you clues, and testaments. This is why people don't come forward to help the police. soon you will all be on your own.
