Well the jap driving the truck either 1.thought it was a pigeon because of his squinty eyes 2. the sun got in his eys making him have venitian blind vision or 3.he couldnt reach the steering wheel.
The guy on the bike was about to signal to pull out but got hit just as he was about to but as you can see he did still manage to make the signal but from under the wheels.
