That happens in venezuela! and the man who was killed in the video is not a father, in Venezuela this is called "lacrearse" that means a thief kills an another thief to make a reputation in the neighborhood, and so earn the respect of the other thieves. is sad that this happen in my country, I live now in the U.S., crime in Venezuela is a serious problem than ever.
