You must be more than somewhat retarded. You think that MOST cops are dirty? If that were the case then we (the people who grant them their authority) would disband them.
Furthermore, I know of NO police forces that allow High school dropouts to get a job as an officer as they (MOST OFTEN) require a COLLEGE DEGREE.

No not all cops are bad in nature, but this is example of really bad cops, they broke the code, went too far beyond it. as a result their punishment should be more severe then the arrested in the situation. Even if that requires the executions of the officers, no excuse, what they did was inhuman.
