I watched the vid, and understand Arabic. The "so-called" victim was actually a theif that got caught stealing money. They were holding him down, beating him and asking him were the money he stole was. He said I have no money, so the beat him more, went through his pockets and found it. I lived in Egypt for a year and and the poilice are very corrupt. So many law abiding citizens deliver justice because criminals can pay off some of the corrupt cops. Egypt is a wonderful place and things like this rarely happen.
