I agree that the civilians were acting like a bunch of animals but the fact is that one of those cops made a really bad decision to shoot an unarmed man & the other good cops were probably pissed as hell at him for doing it. Don't blame all the cops in that situation...only one of them pulled the trigger & should be brought up on charges.
That being said, we as a society can not allow law enforcement to shoot people that are unarmed....if we do, then the next thing we know some cops will be shooting people for any reason that pisses them off. I seen the other angle of this incident. Not trying to take anyone side but it looked to me the cop that shot the man seemed surprised when it happened I'm thinking maybe he thought he was holding the taser and triggered the gun instead. I have no idea why Tasers have to look a lot like pistols anyways or even give the cops tasers that are shaped like guns knowing they're carrying guns to begin with. Why not issued them the flat handle ones just so they won't get them confused. But nonetheless shooter and the others were using excessive force and was totally uncall for. The suspects were cooperating and there was no need to act like they were. If the police that shot him knew he had a gun in his hands then he lost self control and acted on impulse and without reflection, fear and anger took control of his actions and voluntary shot the man.
