Not that i wish to take issue with the person setting the captions (and have my comment deleted because it was "retarded") but surely it should be the Mexican institute of illegal Emigration- unless you are referring to Americans (residents of the united stated that is) trying to jump the fence into Mexico because then it would make sense.
