Because saying "cookies" or "toothbrush" are okay. Tourette's is where your brain lacks the ability to stop the things we shouldn't say from being said. And the words don't have to be consciously thought about either. that's what makes it so random.

On a side note, I once saw a guy with tourette's. It was at the 2004 election and my voting place was at a place that deals with mentally disabled people. It was really hard not to laugh when a patient down the hall kept yelling nigger at the top of his lungs. Just one of those things where it's sad, but funny at the same time.

I think that you should not delete anything, I mean look at youtube. They delete nothing and they are not as cool as this site. Censoring people is never the answer.
