you dont understand nothing about the sport...
first if you dont stab him , he never atacks... thats why they stab him
second the kids in spain go at night naked (so the bull cant catch the closes) to challenge the bulls in some desert places (where the bulls are created for the bull fights)
third that kind of bull only exist to bullfights... if bullfights disapear that race of bull is gone too
becouse he is useless for other things...
