google 'avi', or find an image thats smaller than or equal to 100 x 100 pixels, save it on ur pc, and then go to in your NT account, you can upload it there from the location in which you saved it. people are also quite territorial about their avis, avoid getting one that someone else already uses. that shit can get u killed around here
