Australia has a very Socialized system. Welfare, Medicare (universal health care), Mental Health, housing....etc. We have only 21 million people and our Government saves in surplus 17-18 Billion a year. Yet our taxes vary between (average) 15-30% of gross earnings.Obama might be a Liberal but I think he'll be good for American PR. But I don't know cause I don't live in the States so I can't be sure who will be best for America.
