Last month at a casino I was playing Blackjack "21" and the dealer turned over a jack & queen for me, so I held at 20.
Than the dealer turned over a 10 for himself than a 7, than another 7, but than gave himself another card, and it was a negative 3.
I don't gamble anymore.

Kind of off topic ,but not really, I saw an accident happen right in front of me about an hour ago. Some lady (probably on her cell phone) ran a red light & T-boned a suv & the truck just went flipping, then sliding for about 100 feet. One of the RARE occasions were something happens right in front of me & I have a video camera & Reached for it to film the carnage & all I could hear were this poor woman's screams..... I couldn't do it! I had to get out & help her. I wanted to get some cool footage to send to Scott & put up here on NT but when it came down to it I had to do the right thing. I got out & solicited help from rubberneckers to help me flip the truck back onto it's wheels & get the woman out because the tuck was smoking. It was the screams that got to me. I couldn't let that woman burn while I filmed. I guess I need a film crew to follow me around.....and theme music too- maybe with a 70's porno theme

I blame the owner or operator of the track. Dragstrips should have sand pits and/or soft barriers at the end of the run. You gotta give a driver every chance when he can maintain control of his car in a catastrophic failure... It's not like a crash, where the driver loses control. This was a preventable accident.

The problem is most of these tracks were built in the 60 and 70 's when cars were not going this fast.They just dont have the room to expand.I mean whens the last time they built any type of racetrack around where you live.He was a racer and went out in a spectacular crash.What more could you ask for?

Ive been down dragstrips many times and it surprises me to see a wall at the end like that....I dont think ive seen an NHRA track with a wall at that close to the slowdown area.....stupid.
