They are danish and pretty drunk. Talking about they are going towards the light in the begining. Then one of the dudes calls the guy a "Fat bastard" the cameraman says he hates him.
The guy then askes his friend to hold something and then askes the dude what he said. And tells the cameraman to film this. While he's swinging at them he keeps asking them what they said to him.
When he hits the cameraman he asks if he wants some too.

I'm pretty sure they are speaking in Sylvester Stallone-ese. They all sound just like him.

It is Danish. And the footage is most likely from the northern part of Denmark, which in the summer transforms into one giant party. Think spring break...

The video is from Denmark and the language therefore is .. danish: In the beginning the two dudes are chatting about 'walking towards the light' as they pass by the suit-cladded streetfighter. Apparently the soon-to-be-K.O.'ed-guy says something to the suit. The suit says: "Hey - what'd you say?" and the 'victim' goes: "Yeah - fuck you too.." and "We hate you!" - and then the fight is on! As the suit passes by the cameraman he says: "Yeah - go on and film this shit!" Good times here in Denmark! ;-)
