When a helicopter turns upside down it starts falling towards Earth. If you have enough speed and height you CAN complete a loop, but it's basically impossible at the height and speed that the chopper in the video is at.
This is unlike a plane, which can safely turn upside down without losing altitude.

Actually, there are helecopters that work upsidedown. The Anglo-French Westland Lynx, for one. I'm surprised this pilot survived though, I bet he's an inch or two shorter now.
