Regarding the footage (I agree grainy and un-useable really), was not too good as a case closer ...the true evidence was in the surviving witnesses and the clerks that had sold him these things that morning. The buy back scheme was crap and I myself was ripped off on a M1 I gave back, they only gave me a $400 chegue and you never knew what you were getting until it arrived. Is this world today, i truly believe their is no freedom within the media....everyone has a bias opinion and hidden agenda if they are puppets getting their strings pulled....that is half the reason why I thought about being a journalist, mainly for the fact that I get sick of seeing reporters offering their opinions on things that they know nothing about. They go in, report for an hour and fly out and then edit out half of the truth back in their offices.

This only includes tertiary not government colleges called Tafe (Technical and further education, also commonly known as Tech.). More citizens attend a Tafe course than those who attend Universities so our population is widely educated.

Australian citizens do not (and never did) have the constitutional right to own firearms. Even before the buy back program, gun ownership was restricted to certain groups, such as those needing a firearm for occupational reasons, members of approved sporting clubs, hunters and collectors. The 1997 buy back did not take away ALL TYPES OF FIREARMS owned by these groups (primarily pump action and semi automatic weapons were banned). Even with the ban in effect there are some whom can petition the Government if they can prove a valid reason for owning such a weapons.
