This accident happened in Panama, not in Chile and the helicopter was piloted by a Panamanian, the accident was caused by a malfunction of the machine and not a license over the Internet in Chile.
In that accident died of a general carabiniere (police) that was very dear to the people of Chile for something called him the general people
The force area of Chile is one that has lower accident rate in the world.

-General Bernales, (the maximum authority of cops in Chile)
- The wife of G.Bernales
- And other 4 persons.
