First of all, who cares about witchhunts or the Spanish inquistion? Seen a lot of witchhunts and inquistions on TV lately? Why do people even mention it? While the Qu'ran says nothing about cutting off boobs, specifically, there's nothing that speaks against it. Basically you can offer people to convert, and if they refuse, kill 'em. They deny their god and must die.
