What type of gun was that?, didn't ring any bells.

The rifle is an "Automatisk Gevær 3 Forandring 1" (AG3F1) built by Kongsberg Våpenfabrikk, Norway. It's a licensed german H&K G3A4 (H&K is the same company that makes the famous MP5 submachinegun). The "Forandring 1" means something like "difference 1", and refers to the retractable stock replacing the usual full stock on the regular AG3. The retractable stock makes the weapon more suitable for close quarters combat (as seen here) or transportation.
I've served with exactly this weapon myself. It's extremely powerful, reliable...and heavy=D

You can see the flash down the bottom, the audio is slightly off or perhaps its the whole speed of light/sound thing, but he was meant to throw the flash bang through the door and it obviously didnt make it and went back into the room they were in -- this was just a practice.
