Yes, that was a real argument all right. And yes, there are places where people really do talk and act like that. However, even among Southerners there are rules concerning common courtesy and decent behavior. The two apes in this video were backwoods trash with no class whatsoever and would have been considered on the bottom of the social ladder even among their fellow state residents.
