Al Queda and Iraq is a contradiction. If this is in Iraq you can be pretty sure it's NOT Al Queda. They never had much influence there, and now number less than 50 active members in Iraq. Don't listen to politicians who ignore their own security force's advice to pursue an agenda. This is much more likely to be one of the several Iraqi terrorist groups who object to the western invasion of Iraq. Nothing to do with Al Queda, although they share many of the same objectives and methods.
