My limited experience with injured animals is that the dog would cry after he hit the ground not while in the air. First off, I was at the bottom of the cliff, caught the puppy (need to do a diving catch), ended up scraping my arm against a pointed rock... the puppy is fine, but tired and hungry.

Second, this video is pretty much nothing compared to the details of a story that I read a year back about a disgruntled teenager using a similar-type dog as (literally) a football, kicking the puppy around, high up, for whatever length of time it was. His excuse? "Oh, well it's my dog, so I can do whatever I want with it." The poor thing had seizures, was severely brain damaged, had little/no vision, and after several operations, had to be put to sleep due to continuous seizures every 10 minutes.
