I,m from Puerto Rico and I can said that I have heard different spanish accents, this guys are neither dominican or haitian, the machete guy sound like a colombian from the north, anyway the guys said:
machete guy: put the bone there, put it in there (the hand) son of a bitch!!
victim: can you give me permission to run later to resist the pain.
machete guy: put in in there and if you move it I hit you in the head
my theory is that the nude guy was a thief, look the other hand they cut it off too
(sorry for my spelling my first language is sapanish)
