Who posted this video? They have some major factual inaccuracies: the bombing was by the LTTE (Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam), not the army for god's sake. Also it wasn't a school bus but it did sadly have a lot of children on and it was headed to Anaradhapura from Kandy.
