I saw this on TV ('To Catch a Predator', I love that show) Anyways, he wasn't actually a police Lt., he was just saying that to impress the kiddies. If they really wanted to protect our children and expose pedophiles, they would not do a show about the easiest prey but they would go after powerful lawyers, politicians, church leaders etc. The filth starts from there. Start looking at any such story that was a 'big scandal' when it started and then ended up charging one person (the one who actually got their hands dirty, so to speak)

There is no such thing as an innocent 13 year old girl who dresses like a hooker, sports a tat, or whatever. At some point, a child has to be held responsible for their decisions. I think that you need to recheck your understanding of "old enough." First, you say that pedophiles need correcting, but then you say that we should be forcing children (by manipulating their brains/DNA/etc.) to be unable to have sex until 18 just because 9-13 year olds are engaging with each other?
