Very sneaky spinning back-fist. Not really in keeping with the spirit of the fight and the apparent 'sporting' nature of the guys. Almost as bad as a sucker-punch.
That's the problem with fights with where the rules are not specific. The guy who received the devastating back-fist could have deployed tactics like that of his own, but he was towing the line and keeping the fight fair and sportsman-like.
I feel sorry for him.

I don't think weight and skin color necessarily has anything to do with fighting skills. If you walked by Floyd Mayweather who weighs about 145 lbs and stands 5'7 (i think) on the street, unless you knew him, you'd probably never think of him as being one of the greatest fighters ever in his weight class...Would you?
