Here's what happened. The biker was driving on the right side of the road -- on the right shoulder or on the right side of the right lane. The trucker moved left (you can see him cross the lane divider) so he could safely pass the biker. But the dumbass biker cut left at the same time. The trucker then had to swerve back to the right and brake, but he couldn't do either quickly enough to avoid hitting the biker. Clearly it was the biker's fault.

So the biker should have spotted what was going on behind him, right? Yeah! cos they have eyes in the back of their heads over there don't they!
Clearly NOT the biker's fault. The truck driver should not have attempted any kind of manoever like that in such close proximity to anything, not to mention scooter riders. And on top of that, you can see that the truck was going too fast.

The scooter was in front of the truck for a long time before he got hit. IMO the trucker was following tailgaiting the scooter to "teach him a lesson" about going too slow, and took it a bit too far. IT WAS INTENTIONAL, and therefore MURDER.

The truck driver is obviously 'booting-it' and tries to overtake, he then sees the scooter dude go left so he (the truck driver) jinks back to the right.
The scooter is way too slow in comparison and gets nailed obviously.
