He just won £15 Million. He's on his way to claim his winnings and his car over heated and catch fire. He manage to get out of the car before it engulf in flame but.... he just realise he left the winning ticket inside the car so he jump for it.

He was trying to retrieve his Prodigy cassette tape. You know that car had AM/FM and a tape deck. Maybe that was how polish people hot wire cars? Were those Jersey plates? The letters looked off but the color was the same.
