Basically, he was trying to kill some rich businessman when rich businessman's bodyguards chased him down and ended his hitman career with a single bullet to the back.

thats definitely mexico city. You can recognize the annoying accent those short and ugly fuckers have. But anyway. Im glad to see justice served for once.
Im thinking one or two policemen or mexican goverment elements are quite sad for losing one source of income this way :(
