the bike moves forward faster than he expects, his hands are jerked back, and when you don't hold the throttle correctly, the result is unwanted acceleration. and judging by those shoes, he's scared out of his little gay mind.

I'd say along the lines of.
1. He let the clutch off too fast and unintentionally had given the bike throttle at the same time.
2. The dickhead obviously panicked and forgot where the brakes were. And
3. He should not have been riding something that has more wheels than he has braincells.
