Assault with a bodily fluid is a jailable offense as well as disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and if it was the dude's car, I would probably tack on attempted auto theft to boot! The officer was right not to hit her though cause she was already restrained in handcuffs. But it is REALLY hard not to!!!
