Jockey Dies After his Horse Flips Over and Crushes his Head

This was an incident that happened during the 2006 Asian games, which took place in Qatar. The rider was a Korean named Kim Hyung-chil.

I feel bad for the horse, especially for the jockey. Horse riding is risky - whether it be barrel racing, cross country, trail riding, or jumping and racing.. It's a risk all of us horse riders take when we get on the back of a horse. The horse looks like it took a bad fall as well.. It looked as if it couldn't move it's body to get up.. :( I hope it wasn't put down.

I think the horse had a crush on him.
