This has got to be fake...That cop sounds like he's in high school. I don't even think cops in the backwoods of Mississippi are that ignorant! If it's real...He's an absolute disgrace and has no rights wearing a badge and a uniform. Makes all the decent cops look bad.

oh yeah, you can't question the law. This could have been avoided by just giving the pig the license when he asked for it. At the very end, did that pig say, "I'll just take you to jail........."? I cheated and fast forwarded after 6min.
I didn't watch it all, I found the whole scene of having a "Young ass" in the back of his car, parking in a deserted car park and then shouting "Do you want to try me young man" sounded a little bit odd, had the camera spun round at that point, I bet the door was open and the cop was stood there, pants down and grabbing his ankles!!
For some reason I watched the whole thing. The kid started off by giving the cop attitude when he asked for his license. Then the cop lost his cool, and made a fool of himself. Then the kid backed down and the cop regained his composure. Then the kid started quoting the law and the cop arrested him. Then someone called the ACLU and this video will be all over myspace tomorrow with the subject reading "Know your Rights"

The kid had no attitude! This Cop should be fired. Police officers are hired to uphold the law, not create new ones everytime they need to. Did you notice the change in the cops attitude once he realized the kid had a camera? If this so-called cop AKA jack ass is so smart and understands the law as he proclaims I hope understands the meaning of LAWSUITE!
the po-po of today are nothing like they were in the "OLD DAY'S"- I can't tell my age-i would probably be "grand-pa" to most people on this sight - use to be cop during the 60's & 70"s-the concept then was "protect & serve"-thats what we did-helped stranded motorists, little kids, old people-people being victimized, in any way-used to even watch over peoples house while they went on vacation-they just needed to notify us when they left and came back-we administered first aid till the ambo got there, delivered babies-we only "kicked butt" when we HAD TO, to protect ourselves, or somebody else from an agressive asshole-NOT just "BECAUSE WE CAN" - you tell the young cops that today and they make fun of it - now they see the job as "kick ass and take names" - "i can do what i want and FUCK you, I'm "the man" - some of them seem to use the tv show "THE SHIELD" AS A ROLE MODEL - there are still some decent ones, but few and far between - guess i'll go have my milk and take a nap now

The cop DID NOT give a shit about the camera he didn't calm down for a good 4 minutes after seeing it.

I doubt if he was a cop for 20 years, maybe 2 although he said he was a sargeant.

I would hardly call what the kid said "giving attitude" Everyone has the right to privacy, liketh eguy said, and giving a cop attitude does not mean he should be arrested. If I wasn't doing anything wrong, and I got harassed by a pig, I'd give attitude to. The mentality that "if you have done nothing wrong, then you wont have a problem cooperating" is bullisht. LOL. Has anyone heard about the cop that arrested the Mcdonalds worker for putting too much salt on the hamburger he was eating? OR about the case in where two paroled excons broke into a family's home raped and tortured the women and beat the man with a baseball bat.....the cops were outside of the family's house for at least 20 minutes while these people were being tortured they could hear them screaming as the two daughters were being set on fire (happened in Connecticut). BIG BALLS. Both true stories look them up if you don't believe me. The law enforcement in this country is becoming more and more out of control. If no one agree s with me just look at the Duke rape case. You know the one where the D.A. Mike Nifong with assistance from the local police force (they harassed witnesses)tried to put innocent people behind bars. Police are tough as nails and have big balls when it comes to pushing the weak around and when they think their asses wont get the shit sued out of them. but when it comes to actually taking on someone who REALLY needs to be delt with they're afraid of a law suit their balls seem to shrink up real quick.

Officer deserves ABSOLUTELY to be terminated and ABSOLUTELY have criminal charges filed. Threatening to fabricate violations and verbally harrassing this guy was quite obviously out of line. This officer not only probably got himself a one way ticket out the door but also opened the door for other violators to come back and challenge his arrests and charges. I don't blame the kid for videotaping, it appears he is harrassed during his police contacts.

My posting is a short novel but please read on!?Wouldn't this be kidnapping except under the guise of the badge. I don't want to sound ignorant but if a police officer pulled me over and I did nothing wrong which it clearly shows in the video, I saw turning intentions identified with the use of blinkers and no speeding was apparrent only because I don't know the speed limits in that specific area of travel, I would have questions, it's human to question. Yet the police officer blatently misidentified the claims of infraction and wanted to make up false accusations, lost his cool, even when the supervisor or backup arrived. It sounds as if the officer then started to talk himslef into believing the claims of infraction and explaining "his" probable cause. Then I caught some comments about the drivers camera and something about scanning the officers and using the footage. Sound like he was intimidating a possible witness against him in a court. Last time I checked a commuter parking lot or "park and ride" lot is public parking and there is no time of use requirement. The driver has no chance of telling his side of the problem because of what is known as the "rubber stamp" judge that is deaf when it comes to the defendant in front of him. I am a law abiding person and was in front of a judge for a following to close citation and received a stern warning to respect law enforcment, I wondered where that came from but than I stuck around and listened to the rest of the cases and each case was followed by a very similar 3 minute speach by the "rubber stamp" judge. The judge doesn't see a person in front of him/her. They see a person that apparently did something wrong or why else would we be here in "my"courtroom. Well this young man has the proof of what really does happen in the guise of the badge...Good luck,tell the city to just sign the check, then go after the fired police officer civily and show him the law; put him on the streets and keep your camera on young man!

I HATE PIGS! I LIKE COPS but HATE PIGS! This police officer was a pig. He supposedly has 20 years of experience but with that he carries no professionalism. The pig may have had a reason to "pull him over" because that is suspicious to be parked in an empty lot at 2am. That was stupid. Well anyway the pig was acting like a drunk teenager, his voice squeaked many times because of his anger and he could barely come up with a sentence as if he had it in for this kid. I want to see the pigs dash board video which would explain if the kid was really "threatening" the pig if not, this pig should go down for abuse of power, falsifying arrest, incrimination, discrimination, endangerment and making up shit!
