It was either a woman driver, or an asian.....or both. And if the guy was speeding on the bike, it's his fault, if not the driver should be charged with vehicular manslaughter. I dunno about the rest of you old hags, but I can certainly see a motorcycle driving down the road. If you can't see a 700 pound object 20 feet in front of you, you have absolutely no business being behind the wheel.
