Thanks for clarifying. I could only make out the Sniper saying he's unarmed, but everything else was garbeled.

A bit late for me to post this, but I thought I could clear up a few things
The guy on the radio's saying "Why aren't you taking him down?", the sniper replies that the guy is unarmed (sniper has a pretty heavy russian accent).
After the first two guys (or terrorists) run away without getting shot at, the guy on the radio blurbs something about and goes "now, now". as if there's something about the third guy. That's when the sniper takes his shot and apperantly misses. Then there's the countersnipe.
Anyway, try not to jump to conclusions from random bits of video without any context.
PS- since you were wondering, it's pretty common to say "fuck" in Israel. "Shit" too. Great little fraustration relievers.

I don't think there would be a chance in hell for a counter-anything if the opposing force used a rocket launcher on "the invading force". That I would pay to see!. If the invading force pushes people around it will come back to them. You don't walk into someones yard and do what you like and expect to go unapproached. It doesn't happen not in the real world.
